A) Superfície oclusal: 1,0 mm, superfície vestibular e lingual ou palatina: 0,3 mm; superfície oclusal: 1,5 mm, superfície vestibular e lingual ou palatina: 1,2 mm; superfície oclusal: 2,0 mm, superfície vestibular e lingual ou palatina no terço médio: 1,5 mm e no terço cervical: 1,0 mm, respectivamente.

C) Superfície oclusal: 1,0 mm, superfície vestibular e lingual ou palatina: 0,6 mm; superfície oclusal: 1,0 mm, superfície vestibular e lingual ou palatina: 1,2 mm; superfície oclusal: 2,0 mm, superfície vestibular e lingual ou palatina no terço médio: 1,5 mm e no terço cervical: 1,0 mm, respectivamente.
